"The hotel is situated very close to a tram stop which provides quick access to the city centre. The hotel staff are vey friendly and helpful. They seemed to enjoy chatting to us and went out of their way to make sure that we enjoyed our four nights there. The hotel provides a good range of value for money meals. There was a good range of food options for the cooked breakfasts. Our room was serviced daily and included a generous sized bath. The room was on the first floor and looked over a quiet street. We would recommend the hotel would happily stay there again"
