Contact me to arrange an initial free session. Sometimes in life we need someone to share our thoughts, feelings and memories of difficult or confusing experiences with. You don't have to struggle to make sense of things on your own.

I offer both short-term and long-term personal therapy, with some evening and Saturday morning sessions available. I will always try to be as flexible as possible with sessions to allow you to access support that fits in with you. Home visits may be possible so please contact me to discuss this if necessary.

I offer sessions for trainee psychotherapists / counsellors.


I am a qualified psychotherapist / counsellor (UKCP registered) with a Masters Degree in Person - Centred Psychotherapy.

I have over 5 years experience of working with individuals over 16 years old and I also currently work as a counsellor for students and staff in further education.

I have wide experience supporting victims of crime having worked for Victim Support, Women's Aid and the Witness Service.
