The Kick the Diet weight loss programme is moving from strength to strength. No slimming clubs, no points or calorie counting.
More and more people are learning how to successfully lose weight AND keep it off without a hint of dieting in sight through understanding what, when ang why they eat.
This unique and proven 8 week programme guides clients progressively and assists them in understanding what, when and how much to eat, as well as helping them to implement good eating habits that increase the speed in which the body burns energy.
About Us
This programme, helps participants to assess their own personal history around food including any beliefs, thoughts and behaviours learnt in the past that may have caused the initial weight gain. Measures are then made that will ensure behaviour is changed and a better relationship with food is established, helping you to:
- Stop eating when full
- Stop using food as a comfort or reward
- Stop eating because of low moods or sadness
- Stop overeating in the evening
- Start eating purely because you're hungry.
Anyone who takes part can expect an initial 1 - 2 clothes size reduction as well as an improved body shape, continuous weight reduction, improved personal image and self confidence and self esteem.
The programme means you have a much better chance of going on to further weight loss but more importantly, it means you are better equipped to keep it off for good
