Staff assaulted my pregnant friend

Don't come here unless you want to be met with extremely unprofessional staff. My friend who is pregnant needed the toilet and she was given consent to use it by one member of staff who she was mislead into believing owned the shop. After using the toilet due to what appears to be friction between the staff she was caught in the cross fire and treated badly for simply using the toilet. She was left with a bruise on her arm by another member of staff despite then knowing she was pregnant because she told them. They're extremely unprofessional here. Their Google reviews which they had when the business was on Google, had an abundance of very bad reviews. I'd give it 0 stars if I could but I can only leave it with one star. Awful people. To clarify this was in the hair and beauty product selling part of the shop and not in the salon part of the shop.
